Think delicately balanced flavours and textures to boost your macro or micronutrient intake. Our generous portions serve 2 or can be enjoyed solo, especially our protein boosters, which are ideal post-workout.

1: Always cook from frozen.
Simply remove the sleeve and pierce or peel the film (this differs dish to dish). For the best results we recommend using the oven, but when you’re short for time our meals can also be popped in the microwave: 7 minutes ‘til heaven!

2: Reclaim your time.
Sit back and relax, spend quality time with your loved ones or squeeze a quick home workout. Whatever it is you choose to do whilst you are not cooking, we love being able to give you time back in your day.

3: Artfully plate & enjoy!
Grab your favourite tableware and serve up while you enjoy those steaming aromas. Add the finishing touch with a garnish (we love micro herbs, freshly sliced chillies and super seeds). Bon Appetit!
