Have a Feelgood Mexican night

In celebration of Dia de los Muertos, a Mexican holiday to honor the dead, we've reinvented a couple of our Feelgood dishes for you to recreate at home. Follow these super simple steps for Mexican Burritos, and pair with a Kefir Margarita or two.


Our vegan Black Bean Chilli and protein-packed Quinoa Con Carne are the perfect dishes for Mexican night! Let us do what we do best - take care of the cooking - while you make the cocktails.

Simply pop both dishes into the oven (check packaging for exact cooking instructions) and have a packet of tortilla wraps at the ready. We recommend chopping fresh chilli and coriander to sprinkle on top of your burrito filling. Wrap and enjoy! 


For the Kefir Margaritas you will need: 

  • Sea salt for the rim
  • 3 oz Tequila
  • 3 oz Triple Sec or Cointreau 
  • 3 oz fresh lime juice (about 3 limes)
  • 6 oz Agua de Madre Natural Water Kefir
  • Honey to taste


  • Sprinkle sea salt onto a small plate. Squeeze a lime around the rim of your glass, then dip it into the salt so that the entire rim is covered. Prep - done!

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the Tequila, lime juice, Triple Sec/Cointreu and Agua de Madre Natural Water Kefir, with honey optional to sweeten. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold. 

  • Strain the mix into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Serve with a wedge of lime. Perfecto!
