It's the second week of Dry January and the itch for a glass of wine is getting very... itchy. Stepping in with a robust and unique menu of alcohol-free cocktails, La Maison Wellness is an online community bringing the enjoyment of drinking - without the hangover.

Expanding the conversation around mindful drinking and conscious consumption, LMW's founder, Camille Vidal, is proving to the world that tasty needn't be boozy. Try her alcohol-free cocktail recipes below, and conquer your health kick this Dry January.

Saffron Spritz

A citrusy spritz, bright in flavour with the power of nature & the gut health of kombucha.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Everleaf Forrest
  • 50ml Fix8 Citrus Saffron Kombucha
  • 50ml Fever-Tree Tonic Water

Technique

Glass: wine glass

Garnish: Lemon wheel, saffron & thyme

Method: Fill your wine glass with ice right to the top and pour in the Everleaf Forrest & Citrus Saffron Kombucha. Slowly add the tonic water and stir gently as not to disturb the bubbles. Garnish with your lemon wheel, saffron & thyme. Sit back and enjoy.

A mindful Moscow Mule with alcohol-free spiced apple spirit, ginger & lime.

Ingredients

  • 50ml CleanCo Clean V Spiced Apple
  • 25ml GIMBER
  • Top up with Fever-Tree Mexican Lime Soda

Technique

Glass: wine glass

Garnish: Lime slice & mint

Method: Simply fill your copper mug with cubed ice and pour in your measured Clean V Spiced Apple & GIMBER. Top up with the soda, garnish et voilà!

A tropical dark & spicy cocktail that will make you wanna dance!

Ingredients

  • 50ml Caleño Dark & Spicy
  • 50ml pineapple juice
  • 50ml Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer
  • Squeeze of lime wedge

Technique

Glass:Highball

Garnish: Lime wedges and pineapple leaf

Method: Fill your glass with ice cubes, right to the top. Pour in the Caleño & squeeze in three lime wedges. Add the pineapple juice and give it a stir to combine the flavours. Top up with the ginger beer and garnish.
